XPlayer2 is a free video player provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. You are solely responsible for how you use it and for the content you choose to play.

1. Licence

XPlayer2 is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control.

2. Restrictions

Except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law, you may not:

reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models, or assets of the app;
modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the app;
remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices;
redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or use the app for any commercial purpose;
circumvent or interfere with any security or technical limitations of the app.

3. Your responsibility for content

XPlayer2 is only a player. It does not host, provide, index, or control any video content. You choose what to open, stream, or download, and from which source.

You are solely responsible for the content you access and for ensuring you have the legal right to view, download, or stream it.
You must comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party website, service, or source you use through the app.
We are not responsible for third-party content or sources, their availability, legality, or accuracy.

4. 3D & AR viewing — use at your own risk

Watching stereoscopic 3D content through AR glasses can cause eye strain, discomfort, headaches, dizziness, or nausea for some people. Take regular breaks, stop immediately if you feel unwell, and follow the safety guidance of your glasses' manufacturer. You use the app and view 3D content at your own risk.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any particular device, glasses, or content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TELETEH and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app.

7. Donations

The app is free. Any donations are entirely voluntary, non-refundable, and grant no additional rights, features, or guarantees.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
